Live-in care workers
Provide high-quality personal care and support so people can remain as independent as possible at home.

Mandatory requirements
- Minimum one year full-time experience in live-in care or a comparable service
- Care Certificate, NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Role includes
- Personal care, meal preparation, laundry and light housework
- Medication prompting or administration as appropriate
- Monitoring hydration, wellbeing and skin integrity
- Companionship, community outings and accompanying to appointments

Skilled worker visa — senior healthcare workers
We recruit senior care workers to work in the UK on the Skilled Worker visa, supporting people in their own homes.
Mandatory requirements
- Minimum one year full-time experience in care or a comparable service
- Nursing Assistant Training Certificate, NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, or equivalent
- IELTS General UKVI English Language competency at minimum score 6.0
- Full driving licence
- Evidence of two COVID vaccinations
- Tuberculosis certificate from a UK Home Office approved testing centre
- Valid international police clearance for every country lived in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years
Successful applicants receive an offer of employment (3-year visa), a UK Home Office Certificate of Sponsorship, and a competitive salary.
